Almond Careers delivers software projects via our sister company using our in-house development team. Candidates on our training platform can get trained in all aspects of Project Delivery (Project Management, Business Analysis, Software Testing, Development etc) at various levels of seniority combined with practical work that would give them that tangible delivery experience..
Our trainers are Project managers, lead Business Analysts and Senior automation and manual testers. They bring with them their current and past experience in the field. All our trainers must be in current employment to train with Almond Careers (if on work break must not be for a period of over 12months).
We are accredited by the Charted Management Institute (CMI) and going for the APMG accreditation to ensure that we continue to deliver quality. We also have proven time and time again that our trainees finish and go out into the world ready to take on complex projects and execute them professionally, not because they have been taught on a white board, but because with us, they have actually done it..

We have access to relevant projects within the IT industry, during training, we expose candidates to these projects and they learn by actually delivering a live project. This way, they gain practical experience in any of the fields within the project delivery life cycle. In addition, We have invested in industry standard software like Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Basecamp, Github and many more to give you that opportunity to deliver these project using industry relevant tools.
