I joined Almond in June, 2023 and completed the project management course in November, 2023.
I did a CV review with Almond and started applying for jobs. I got my first interview in February, 2024 but didn’t do an interview prep with Almond because I wanted to “save” the opportunity for subsequent interviews. I prepared myself for the interview with online resources and the hands-on training enabled me speak from experience. Thankfully, I was offered the job.
I will be starting my role as a Task Manager in the nuclear industry (UK). I want to thank Almond team, especially my PM, Mr Muyiwa for their support. Above all, I am grateful to God. I wish everyone the best in their endeavors.

MY SUCCESS STORY.
Hi everyone, my name is Victor,
I just secured a project manager role with the NHS.
I embarked on this journey with Almond Careers in January 2024, and even before completing the training program, I was able to secure this new role as a Project Manager. We are currently, in week 10 of our hands-on project experience, and this has been very helpful in building my confidence and practical skills.
The comprehensive training and project experience has been very helpful to me. The curriculum was well-structured, and the tutors were supportive, ensuring that I gained the necessary knowledge and practical skills to excel in my new role.
I started applying for jobs from the 7th week into our hands on project. With about 30 applications, I got multiple interviews from different companies, and within the first 3 weeks of application, I finally got this Job offer.

Finally, thanks to Almond Careers, As I am now well prepared and ready to take on My new role.

Greetings,
I am pleased to share some exciting news to start the month on a positive note and provide motivation for all of us.
First and foremost, I want to thank God for His guidance and blessings. I began my practical experience in June and within just two weeks of hands-on project work, I received two remote job offers from international organizations, one as a Project Analyst and the other as a op/Strategy Analyst.
To Almond, thank you for the opportunity and support. To my PGM, Mr. Usoroh (aka Agility), your teaching is exceptional, like pouring water into a cup and it stays. Your classes are always a highlight and I am grateful for your guidance on my CV, case studies, deliverable templates during my interview preparation, and real-life case study reviews. Your expertise in technology, finance, strategy, and your recommended readings, particularly "Corporate Strategy" by John K. and "The Long and Short of It" by John K., have been fundamental to my success.
I want to extend my gratitude to the entire Almond team for their unwavering support and to Mr. Henry for his valuable advice and encouragement during our brief meeting in Abuja. Please continue the excellent work you do. Your efforts are making a significant impact. Thank you once again.
