Refund and Cancellation policy
Cancellations are to be made in writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org. If the candidate wishes to cancel a course, the following policy will apply unless agreed by prior arrangement.
Students are only eligible to a refund if they have not taken any class at all.
Upon registration there is a N50,000 non-refundable fee regardless of how much the individual has paid for the training.
All refunds would be made less the N50,000 non-refundable fee.
In the event that a payment is to be refunded, Almond Careers Limited will endeavor to process all refunds as quickly as possible. Refunds can only be made to the card account or bank account from which the refundable payment was made. Refunds will take 15 working days from when the refund request was made.
HOLD TERMS FOR OVERDUE PAYMENT
If a student defaults on their payment agreement after 24 hours they will be removed from their class, their project and Basecamp. They will also be denied access to a CV Review, Interview Preparation support and the work reference until payment and late payment fees are paid in full. See breakdown of late payment fees below:
24 hours = N5,000
ours – 1 week = N15,000
1 week – 4 weeks = N30,000
Over 4 weeks with no contact from the student, the student will be removed completely from
our system. Should they return they will be required to pay the full amount, plus any
outstanding charges incurred for defaulting on their payment.
Students Request to be placed on hold
Students who request to be placed on hold for personal reasons at any point after training has commenced will have 2 months to resume training before they begin to incur charges to return back on to their course / project:
- 0 – 2 months – No charge
- 3 – 6 months – #50,000
- 6 months and above – Pay the full training fee.
