Nkechi Badey is a Project and Product Manager, IT Business Analyst and SCRUM Product Owner with over 8 years of active experience in the IT industry. Skilled at defining and managing strategic priorities, executing projects and delivering excellent service in an agile environment.

She is currently the Chief Operations Officer and Team Lead at Almond Careers Limited, maintaining a smooth business process in a fast paced environment and ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction.

She coordinates and manages teams to build products, she also teaches individuals on how to plan and successfully deliver projects, applying relevant project delivery methodologies and tools.

Fiona is an experienced Human Resource Manager with over five years of experience in the field. She possesses excellent organizational and communication skills that enable her to effectively lead teams, manage projects and develop strategies to meet the needs of her organization.

Geoffrey Obi serves as Head of Admin, bringing his vast experience in strategic thinking and planning which are critical for the smooth running of the training program and the business at large. Also, he is proficient in Agile (SCRUM) & Prince 2 project management methodologies and skilled at defining and managing strategic priorities as well as delivering excellent service in an agile environment.

With several years of experience in programming languages such as PHP, HTML, and CSS, as well as tools such as WordPress and Drupal, she is skilled in building robust websites and web applications.
